Signature Wedding Film 2025 / 2026

A significant portion of travel expenses is covered in our packages for Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Kruger Park, and Garden Route. Once we have your wedding location details, we can determine the final cost. We solely charge direct travel expenses and do not apply AA rates.

If your wedding location prohibits safe night travel, accommodation must be arranged; this also applies to Kruger Park weddings or lodges with specified gate closing times.

We are generally flexible with our hours, often arriving at least an hour earlier than indicated on our charging hours. This allows us to be well-prepared and ensures that we make the most of our time without any unnecessary delays.

Feel free to extend the Essential Moments Package with extra hours at R 1250.00 per hour. Please notify us at least one hour before the scheduled end time.

Terms and Conditions for Wedding Film Services

1. Booking and Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure our services for your wedding date.
• The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the wedding date.
• Payments can be made via EFT.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• The initial deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 20 days or less before the wedding date will result in the full payment being charged.

3. Coverage:

• Our team will arrive 1 hour before the scheduled start time of our agrred apon package to capture pre-wedding preparations.
• The agreed-upon package includes coverage for min 8 hours. Additional hours can be added at a rate of R 1250.00.

4. Editing and Delivery:

• The editing process may take up to 4 weeks depending on package.
• The final edited video will be delivered in full HD via Google Drive within 4 weeks after the wedding date.

5. Song Selection:

• Our team will choose music for the video to ensure proper licensing for social media sharing.
• If you wish to have a say in song selection, we can provide you with 2 options before editing begins.

6. Changes and Re-Edits:

• Minor changes to the video can be requested within 5 days after delivery.
• Significant changes or re-edits may incur additional charges.

7. Travel and Accommodation:

• Travel within 300km of Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Garden Route, Western Cape, Kruger Park, Hoedspruit, Private Game Lodges is included in the package.
• For weddings outside this area, travel expenses will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
• Accommodation may be required if the wedding location prohibits safe night travel.

8. Image Rights:

• We reserve the right to use captured images and videos for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Force Majeure:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services.
